Gourmet Doner was created by five regular guys who happen to be passionate about food in general and Kebabs in particular. We opened our first store in Berlin in 2004, our kebabs are made from quality ingredients that are exclusive to Gourmet Doner Kebab Restaurants. The great taste comes from the SECRET SAUCES.
We believe Kebabs are at its best when all of its powerful flavors combine and harmonize. The rich, natural flavors of the meat. The spiciness of the rub. The sweetness or pungency of the sauce. When these elements are in balance, you have found Kebab heaven.
We’ve worked hard to match the right cut of meat with the right rub, sauce, and cooking technique. Our proprietary sauces and rubs are lovingly crafted from scratch in our own kitchen. Same goes for our sides. It’s a bit more work to do it this way, but we believe the results are well worth it.
We use lean succulent Lamb and pure chicken fillets. These meats are imported directly from Germany to maintain quality and consistency. We only use fresh, locally produced vegetables that are delivered and prepared daily along with our special “Doner Kebab“ bread. These make the “Doner Kebab“ a truly unique taste experience for our customers.
Our methods are totally different to the way other operators make their kebabs. The result is a nutritionally sound gourmet food experience that contains virtually no preservatives or additives and can be consumed day or night.
